Simple, Effective Cell Lysis and Analyte DetectionÂ
The Lumit® Immunoassay Lysis and Detection Kit combined with a pair of Lumit® Secondary Antibodies from separate species (i.e., Lumit® Anti-Mouse Ab-SmBiT with Lumit® Anti-Goat Ab-LgBiT) produces a no-wash bioluminescent immunoassay that measures levels of target analytes in cell lysates when used with the appropriate primary antibody pairs (user supplied).
